Pocatello's 2nd Annual Neon Fest

On July 10th and 11th, join us for Pocatello's 2nd Annual Neon Fest - a two day celebration of the historic neon signs in Historic Downtown Pocatello!

On Friday, July 10th, residents and visitors are invited to come shop Downtown and enjoy a delicious meal at one of our restaurants. Then join us for hosted walking tours with our local neon experts. Gather at The Chief Neon Sign located on the 200 block of North Main St. Tours will begin at 8:30 p.m. Walk through Downtown, sign to sign, and learn about the history and charm of the restored neon signs.

On Saturday, July 11th, shop and play Downtown at the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market, Crafters Market at Station Square and at our beautiful shops, boutiques, bookstores, and more! At 6:00 p.m. come to Lookout Point for live music by “Old School Combo,” food trucks and neon giveaways. At 8:30 p.m. we will relight our newest neon sign, the “Chopstick Cafe” Neon Sign followed by a movie in the park featuring "The Karate Kid." Free popcorn, cookies, ice cream and neon drinks!

The Chopstick Café Neon Sign restoration is being funded by a grant from the Idaho Heritage Trust which will cover half the cost of the project.
